摘要
文章通过分析海外仓选址对跨境电商物流的重要作用,综合考虑了跨境物流的运输过程,采用5维决策变量来刻画运输关系,建立了一个运输成本、关税成本和建仓成本最小的数学模型,并设计了一种混合遗传算法来进行海外仓选址决策。最后以国内某跨境电商平台企业为例进行算例分析。
This paper analyzes the important role of overseas warehouse location in cross-border e-commerce logistics,comprehensively considers the transportation process of cross-border logistics,uses 5-dimensional decision variables to characterize the transportation relationship,establishes a mathematical model that minimizes transportation costs,tariff costs,and warehouse construction costs,and designs a hybrid genetic algorithm to make overseas warehouse location decisions.Finally,the paper takes a domestic cross-border e-commerce platform enterprise as an example for numerical analysis.
