智慧物流背景下物流专业岗位迁移与人才培养路径研究

Research on Logistics Professional Post Transfer and Talent Training Path Under the Background of Intelligent Logistics

随着信息技术的发展和新业态的兴起,我国智慧物流产业发展迅速,物流行业对专业人才的需求也不断增加。为满足智慧物流的发展需要,我国高职院校开设了一大批与智慧物流相关的专业,在专业课程体系构建和教学模式改革等方面取得了较好的成效。但是随着智慧物流产业发展的不断深入,对物流人才的需求也越来越高了,对现有专业人才培养模式提出了挑战。为解决智慧物流背景下物流人才培养的关键问题,文章在智慧物流背景下对物流专业岗位迁移与人才培养展开了研究,提出相应的策略,以期为我国物流行业的发展提供一定的参考。

With the development of information technology and the rise of new forms of business,China's smart logistics industry is developing rapidly,and the demand for professionals in the logistics industry is also increasing.In order to meet the needs of the development of smart logistics,China's higher vocational colleges have opened a large number of majors related to smart logistics,and have achieved good results in the construction of professional curriculum system and the reform of teaching mode.However,with the deepening of the smart logistics industry,the demand for logistics talents is becoming higher and higher,which poses a challenge to the existing professional talent training mode.In order to solve the key problems of logistics talent training under the background of intelligent logistics,this paper studies the logistics professional post transfer and talent training from the background of intelligent logistics,and puts forward corresponding strategies,in order to provide some reference for the development of China's logistics industry.
