试论川陕根据地的创建对共产国际、中共中央决策重大问题的影响

The Influence of the Establishment of Sichuan-Shaanxi Base on Decision-Making of the Communist International and the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues

川陕根据地建立后,随着反“三路围攻”、反“六路围攻”的胜利,其在共产国际、中共中央的视野中,地位越来越重要。共产国际、中共中央为了加强川陕根据地和红四方面军的领导力量,数次打算派政治、军事人员到川陕根据地去。在中央苏区即将丢失的情况下,共产国际甚至准备以川陕根据地为中心,发展中国西北的革命运动。从第五次反“围剿”到酝酿中央红军战略转移,再到中央红军战略进军方向的确定、调整及创建新根据地的决策,及至中央红军准备渡江入川,川陕根据地成为共产国际、中共中央决策有关重大问题的重要考量因素。由此可见,川陕根据地的创建,对中国革命发展产生了重要影响,发生了重大作用。

With the victories against“three-way”and“six-way”sieges after the establishment of Sichuan-Shaanxi Base,it became more and more important in the vision of the Communist International and the CPC Central Committee.In order to strengthen the leadership of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Base and the Fourth Front Red Army,they had intended to send political and military personnel to the Base several times.When the Central Soviet Area was about to be lost,the Communist International even planned to develop a revolutionary movement in northwest China with the Base as the center.From the fifth counter-encir-clement and suppression campaign,the preparation of the strategic shift of the Central Red Army,the determination and adjust-ment of the strategic march direction of the Central Red Army,making the decision to create new bases,to the preparation of the Central Red Army to cross the river into Sichuan,the Base had became an important factor for their consideration of major issues.It reveals that the establishment of the Base has a significant impact on and plays a significant role in the development of Chinese revolution.
