摘要 针对风光出力固有的随机性、间歇性和波动性给电力系统稳定运行带来的影响,提出一种基于平抑风光波动的抽水蓄能电站容量规划模型。以风电、光伏联合出力的日内波动率最低为目标函数,并考虑火电机组运行成本构建模型;采用改进的混沌优化算法进行求解;以甘肃某区域电网为例,采用夏、冬季典型日2种场景下的算例分析,论证了不同装机容量的抽水蓄能平抑风光波动的效果以及对系统运行成本的影响,据此获得该区域电网抽水蓄能的最优装机容量参考值。 Given the influence of the inherent randomness,intermittency and fluctuation of wind-photovoltaic output on the stable operation of the power system,a capacity planning model of the pumped storage power station based on the smooth wind-photovoltaic fluctuation is proposed.Firstly,the minimum daily volatility of the combined output of wind power and PV is taken as the objective function and the operating cost of the thermal power unit is considered to build the model.Secondly,the improved chaos optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,taking a regional power grid in Gansu Province as an example,the effectiveness of different installed capacities of pumped storage energy in suppressing wind and solar fluctuations and their impacts on the system operating cost are demonstrated through case analysis under two typical scenarios of summer and winter.Based on this,the optimal reference value for the installed capacity of pumped storage energy in the regional power grid is obtained.
