摘要 以喷雾喷粉机的药箱为研究对象,通过Matlab软件构建吹塑制品“质量-关键尺寸”的数学模型,求取吹塑制品关键尺寸与吹塑制品质量之间的函数关系。通过对吹塑制品进行称重,实时监控吹塑制品关键尺寸的状态,并根据尺寸状态及时调整吹塑参数,以保证吹塑制品质量的稳定性。 Taking the medicine box of the spray powder sprayer as the research object,the mathematical model of the"weight-key size"relationship of blow molded products was built by Matlab software,so as to obtain the functional relationship between the key size of blow molded products and its weight.The status of key size of blow molded products was monitored in time by weighing blow molded products,and blow molded parameters were adjusted in time according to the size status,to ensure the stable quality of blow molded products.
