A Case Study on the Failure of Moldy Suture Line in the Door Panel

汽车门板中嵌缝线发霉会影响汽车的使用寿命与感观质量。采用霉菌成分分析、能谱元素分析及气相色谱质谱(GCMS)分析对汽车门板中嵌缝线发霉的原因进行了探讨,并对门板中嵌缝线进行了失效模拟。结果表明:失效的主要原因是门板中嵌缝线受雨水等无机物污染后会析出无机物,同时导致门板海绵中的阻燃剂、缝线中的硅蜡等析出。

The mildew of the suture line in the automobile door panel will affect the service life and sensory quality of the automobile.The reasons for the mildew of the suture line in the automobile door panel were investigated using mold composition analysis,energy dispersive elemental analysis,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS)analysis,and failure simulations were conducted on the suture lines in the automobile door panels.The results show that the main reason for the failure is that the suture line in the door panel will precipitate inorganic substances after being contaminated by rainwater and other inorganic substances,and at the same time,it will cause the precipitation of flame retardants in the door panel sponge and silicon wax in the suture line.
