摘要
薄壁零件常被用于一些精密仪器设备中,为保证其精度与质量,分析了影响薄壁零件数控加工工艺质量的因素,包括装夹固定、切削参数、走刀方式、工序工艺等。提出了数控加工工艺质量的改进方法:提升零件装夹工艺,改进切削工艺及工艺方案,通过有效的方法及措施,对加工工艺进行优化,令薄壁零件整体质量达到标准要求。
Thin-walled parts are often used in some precision instruments and equipment.In order to guarantee the precision and quality,the study analyzes the influencing factors of the quality of NC machining of thin-walled parts,including clamping,cutting parameters,cutting mode,and process technology,etc.Then the study proposes the improvement methods of the quality of NC machining technology:the improvement of parts clamping technology,the improvement of cutting technology and technology scheme,and the optimization of processing technology with effective method and countermeasures,to make the overall quality of thin-walled parts meet the standard requirements.
