在无级变速器中,锥盘是重要部件,而数控车磨复合加工中心是锥盘生产的关键设备。从无级变速器锥盘复合加工关键技术分析入手,提出基于无级变速器的锥盘复合加工数控系统的构建,以提高锥盘精度及质量。

In the continuously variable transmission,the cone is an important part,and the CNC turning and grinding complex machining center is the key equipment of the cone production.In order to improve the precision and quality of the conical disc,a CNC system based on CVT conical disc compound machining is proposed based on the analysis of the key technology of CVT conical disc compound machining.
