牙槽骨缺损患者行牙种植同步引导骨再生术影像学特点

Imaging characteristics and nursing of synchronous-guided bone regeneration in patients with alveolar bone defects

目的探讨牙槽骨缺损患者行牙种植同步引导骨再生术影像学特点及护理干预和实施效果。方法选取我院34例牙槽骨缺损行牙种植同步引导骨再生术患者资料,观察术前及术后患者CBCT、曲面体层摄影及根尖片的影像学检查特点,同时分析牙种植护理干预效果。结果34例患者影像学检查显示术前骨缺损处经植骨后成骨效果好,种植体植骨区骨结合好,红白美学效果满意,患者人工义齿的保养维护能力及口腔健康认知和行为能力增强。结论CBCT、曲面体层影像学资料对植入位点的选择,术前及术后对受植区骨质骨量情况和骨结合情况的评估有指导意义,专业护理人员的全程护理干预联合针对性心理护理为手术的成功创造了有利条件。

Objective To explore the imaging characteristics and synchronous-guided bone regeneration of dental implant in patients with alveolar bone mass defects.Methods 34 patients with alveolar bone mass defects in our hospital were selected with dental implant and synchronous guided bone regeneration.The characteristics of CBCT,curved body photography and apical slices were observed before and after the surgery,and the effect of nursing intervention was also analyzed.Patients‘oral hygiene maintenance was enhanced.Results Imaging examination of 34 patients showed good osteogenic effect after preoperative bone grafting,good bone grafting area,satisfactory red and white aesthetic effect,enhanced maintenance ability of artificial denture and oral health.Conclusion CBCT and curved body layer imaging data have guided the selection of implantation sites.Both of them are helpful for evaluating bone volume beforethe implant surgery and the osseointegrationlater.The whole-process nursing intervention of professional nursing staff has created favorable conditions for the success of the implanting surgery.
