摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉钙化积分(CACS)与CT特征追踪(CT-FT)技术评估的左心室心肌应变之间的关系。方法选取因疑诊冠心病行冠状动脉CTA(CCTA)检查的患者共174例。对所有患者进行左心室整体心肌应变分析,获得整体纵向应变(GLS)、整体环向应变(GCS)、整体径向应变(GRS)以及射血分数(EF)。测量所有患者的CACS并分组。比较各组之间心肌应变各参数的差异。结果左心室GLS在不同钙化组别之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.006),其绝对值随CACS的增加而减小。结论CACS增加与左心室功能下降相关。
Objective To investigate relationship between coronary artery calcium score(CACS)and CT feature tracking-derived left ventricular strain.Methods Patients with suspected coronary artery disease were retrospectively enrolled.Left ventricular strain was analyzed.Global longitudinal strain(GLS),global circumferential strain(GCS),global radial strain(GRS)and ejection fraction(EF)were obtained.CACS was obtained and patients were grouped based on CACS.Left ventricular strain was compared among all groups.Results Left ventricular GLS was significantly different among all groups(P=0.006).The absolute value decreased with the increase of CACS.Conclusion The increase of CACS is related with impaired left ventricular function.
