摘要
为提升通用机场布局规划精度与服务覆盖水平,提出一种面向连续短途运输需求的通用机场布局优化方法。采用Logistic回归及多元线性回归筛选通航短途运输需求关键影响指标,叠加生成可视化需求分布。采用多边形支配点集(PIPS)法将连续空间需求及候选区域离散化,构建面向连续需求的最大覆盖通用机场选址模型。以某地区为例进行了精确求解。结果显示:人口密度、人均GDP、旅游指数及交通可达性为通航短途运输关键影响指标;选址结果与区域通用机场规划高度相符;通用机场总数达30和65时,区域服务覆盖率分别达75.63%和98.73%,该地区机场1 h通勤区域占比由22.90%提升至58.11%和75.90%,对区域通用机场布局规划有借鉴价值。
To improve the layout planning accuracy and service coverage of general aviation airports,a general airport configuration optimization method based on continuous short haul transportation demand is proposed.Logistic regression and multiple linear regression are used to screen the key impact indicators of short haul transportation demand,then overlay to generate visualized demand distribution.The continuous space demand and candidate areas are discretized by PIPS method and a continuous demand oriented maximum coverage general airport location model is constructed.The exact solution is carried out for the example of an area.Results show that population density,per capita GDP,tourism index and traffic accessibility are the key impact indicators of short haul transportation demand.The site selection results are highly consistent with the regional general airport planning.The service coverage rate reaches 75.63%and 98.73%when the number of general airports reaches 30 and 65.Meanwhile,the proportion of one hour commuting area of airports in the area increased from 22.90%to 58.11%and 75.90%,which is of reference value for regional layout planning of general airports.
