摘要 针对嵌入式计算机系统中集成电路的可靠性应用,对嵌入式硬件供电时序控制方法进行了研究。介绍了三种典型的供电时序控制方式:电源芯片自身调节、电源芯片级联控制法和FPGA控制上电时序,三种方法实现复杂度不一,各具优点,可以在不同的场景下组合使用。给出在FT-2000/4最小处理系统的供电时序控制设计应用,分析了FT2000/4最小处理系统的供电电源和上电时序需求,设计实现了FT2000/4最小处理系统的电源转换电路和上电时序控制,设计简单灵活,可满足多种系统需求。 Aiming at the reliability application of integrated circuit in embedded computer system,this paper studies the timing control method of embedded hardware power supply.This paper first introduces three typical power supply timing control methods:power chip self regulation,power chip cascade control and FPGA control of power on timing.The three methods have different complexity and advantages,and can be combined in different scenarios.Then,the design and application of power supply timing control in FT-2000/4 minimum processing system is given,and the power supply and power on timing requirements of FT2000/4 minimum processing system are analyzed.The power conversion circuit and power on timing control of FT2000/4 minimum processing system are designed and realized.The design is simple and flexible,and can meet various system requirements.
