辽宁省松材线虫灾害损失评估 被引量:1

Loss assessment of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disaster in Liaoning province

摘要 从生物灾害学的基本原理出发,构建松材线虫Bursaphelenchus xylophilus灾害损失评估指标体系,优化灾害损失评估计算方法;首次提出灾害恢复费用的计算方法和生态系统服务功能价值量损失动态评估的测算方法。评估结果表明:辽宁省松材线虫灾害发生以来累计造成经济损失13.82亿元,其中2021—2022年度经济损失2.81亿元;辽宁省松材线虫灾害累计造成生态系统服务功能价值量静态损失15.57亿~15.65亿元,其中2021—2022年度的静态损失3.18亿~3.42亿元;辽宁省松材线虫灾害累计造成生态系统服务功能价值量动态损失132.12亿元,其中2021—2022年度的动态损失27.16亿元。 Based on fundamental principles of biological catastrophogy,index system of loss assessment of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disaster was built,and computing method of disaster loss assessment was optimized.Computing method of disaster recovery costs and calculation method of dynamic assessment of ecosystem service value loss were first proposed.The results showed that accumulated economic losses reached 1.382 billion yuan since B.xylophilus disaster occurred in Liaoning province,including 0.281 billion yuan from 2021 to 2022.Accumulated losses of static loss of ecosystem service value caused by B.xylophilus ranged from 1.557 billion to 1.565 billion yuan,among which the static loss was 0.318 billion to 0.342 billion yuan from 2021 to 2022.The accumulative dynamic loss of ecosystem service value caused by B.xylophilus in Liaoning province was 13.212 billion yuan,among which the dynamic loss was 2.716 billoin yuan.
