基于国产性诱剂的美国白蛾生活史调查与监测效果评估

摘要 为探究自然状态下美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea在我国的发育进度并验证国产性诱剂诱捕效果,在河北省正定县和山东省菏泽市牡丹区开展美国白蛾野外生活史观察和性诱剂诱捕效果及设置方法对照试验。结果表明:美国白蛾在我国华北地区1 a发生3代,以蛹越冬,越夏代受增温影响较大,当日均气温达到28.36℃时,最快41 d即可完成1个世代发育,越冬代更偏好低温环境,气温16℃时有效积温和世代天数更少;2种国产性诱剂对比日本进口产品无显著差异,均体现了较好的诱捕效果;3种性诱剂的最佳设置高度均为2 m,国产诱芯(Z型)的最佳设置距离为间隔200 m,日本进口诱芯(J型)和国产诱芯(N型)的设置距离以50 m为宜。 In order to explore the development progress of Hyphantria cunea in China under natural conditions and verify the trapping effect of domestic sex pheromone,the life history observation of H.cunea in field and trapping effect of sex pheromone were carried out in Zhengding county,Hebei province and Mudan district,Heze city,Shandong province.The results showed that H.cunea had three generations a year in North China,and overwintered as pupae.The oversummering generation was greatly affected by warming.When the daily average temperature reached 28.36℃,a generation could be developed in 41 days at most.The overwintering generation preferred low temperature environment,and the effective accumulated temperature and generation days were less at 16℃.There was no significant difference between the two domestic sex attractants and Japanese imported products,which showed good trapping effect.The best setting height of three sex attractants was 2 m,the best setting distance of domestic sex attractant Z was 200 m,and the setting distance of Japanese imported sex attractant J and domestic sex attractant N was 50 m.
