摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合螺内酯对冠心病并发心力衰竭患者心功能及氧化应激指标的影响。方法选择2020年9月至2021年9月我院收治的150例冠心病并发心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组(75例,螺内酯治疗)和研究组(75例,美托洛尔联合螺内酯治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的心脏指数、心输出量均大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合螺内酯治疗冠心病并发心力衰竭的效果显著,可改善患者的心功能,减轻氧化应激反应,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of metoprolol combined with spironolactone on cardiac function and oxidative stress indexes in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(75 cases,spironolactone treatment)and study group(75 cases,metoprolol combined with spironolactone treatment)according to the different treatment plan.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESd)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac index and cardiac output of the study group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with spironolactone has a significant effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,it can improve the cardiac function of patients and reduce oxidative stress response,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
