健脾生血片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果及对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Jianpi Shengxue tablets in the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy and its influence on pregnancy outcome

目的分析健脾生血片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的100例妊娠期IDA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50,琥珀酸亚铁片)和观察组(n=50,健脾生血片)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的各项主要症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)水平及转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)均高于对照组,可溶性转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))及白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾生血片治疗妊娠期IDA的效果显著,能够调节患者的红细胞参数、铁代谢以及免疫功能,改善临床症状和妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of Jianpi Shengxue tablets in the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 patients with IDA during pregnancy admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=50,ferrous succinate tablets)and observation group(n=50,Jianpi Shengxue tablets)according to random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores for each major symptoms in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin(HGB),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)and transferrin saturation(TS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue tablets has a remarkable effect in the treatment of IDA during pregnancy,which can regulate erythrocyte parameter,iron metabolism and immune function of patients,and improve clinical symptoms and pregnancy outcome.
