保温护理联合听觉刺激干预对全身麻醉患者复苏质量的影响

Effect of thermal insulation nursing combined with auditory stimulation intervention on the quality of resuscitation in patients with general anesthesia

目的探讨保温护理联合听觉刺激干预对全身麻醉患者复苏质量的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年8月于我院接受全身麻醉的140例患者为研究对象,按照护理方式不同将其分为对照组和试验组,各70例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予保温护理联合听觉刺激干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果试验组术中0.5、2 h及手术结束时的体温高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻醉复苏室(PACU)入室10 min,试验组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术结束时,试验组的皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素及C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组PACU出室时的意识清醒程度评分及总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的拔管时间、口头指令反应时间、呼之睁眼时间及PACU滞留时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保温护理联合听觉刺激干预能够改善全身麻醉患者的复苏质量,减轻炎症应激反应,维持生命体征稳定,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of thermal insulation nursing combined with auditory stimulation intervention on the quality of resuscitation in patients with general anesthesia.Methods A total of 140 patients who received general anesthesia in our hospital from December 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to different nursing methods,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the experimental group was given thermal insulation nursing combined with auditory stimulation intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The body temperature at 0.5,2 h during operation and at the end of operation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 10 min after entering the post anesthesia care unit(PACU),the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR)and respiratory rate(RR)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the operation,the levels of cortisol,epinephrine,norepinephrine and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness awake degree score and total score of PACU out of the room in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The extubation time,oral instruction reaction time,eye opening time and PACU retention time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal insulation nursing combined with auditory stimulation intervention can improve the quality of resuscitation in patients with general anesthesia,reduce inflammatory stress response,and maintain stable vital signs,which is worthy of promotion.
