摘要 胃黏膜参与食物消化代谢过程,并在维持胃的生理功能方面起着重要作用。当胃黏膜受到物理或化学等损伤因素的侵袭作用强于保护因素时,其形态和功能会出现明显损害。临床上胃黏膜损伤机制不尽相同,为了实现治疗的个体化用药,本文重点综述了临床常见的胃黏膜损伤因素的损伤机制,以期为临床治疗提供参考。 Gastric mucosa is involved in the process of food digestion and metabolism,and plays an important role in maintaining the physiological function of the stomach.When the invasion effect of physical or chemical damage factors on gastric mucosa is stronger than that of protective factors,its morphology and function will be significantly damaged.The mechanism of gastric mucosal injury is different in clinic.In order to realize the individualized medication,this paper focuses on the injury mechanism of common gastric mucosal injury factors in clinic,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
