摘要
盐碱化是影响植物生长发育、农牧业可持续发展的主要非生物胁迫因子。本文综述了盐胁迫对植物的生理危害及植物对盐胁迫适应的生理与分子机制。旨在科学认识植物耐盐机理、促进耐盐牧草植物选育,为农业发展、牧草种质资源筛选、动物饲料安全以及生态环境修复等提供参考依据。
Salinization is the main non-biological stress factor affecting plant growth,development and sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry,and has an important impact on the construction of regional ecological environment and agricultural and animal husbandry production.In this paper,the physiological harm of salt stress on plants,the physiological and molecular mechanisms of plant adaptation to salt stress are reviewed.It aims to scientifically understand the salt tolerance mechanism of plants,promote the breeding of salt-tolerant forage plants,and provide reference for agricultural development,screening of forage germplasm resources,animal feed safety and ecological environment restoration.
