摘要
针对超声波测量原理展开论述,通过对信号、时间、流场以及匹配层的分析,提出了影响流量计测试不确定性的各种因素,并重点对匹配层的性能进行分析。基于匹配层的制备和性能测试,分析了若干种配比不同的换能器对流量计测试精度的影响。声阻抗是超声波流量计的重要参数,根据该参数的变化对匹配层的声学特性进行分析,并对其频率和波形进行研究。
This paper discusses the principle of ultrasonic measurement,and through the analysis of signal,time,flow field and matching layer,puts forward various factors affecting the measurement uncertainty of flowmeter,and emphatically analyzes the performance of matching layer.Based on the preparation and performance test of matching layer,the influence of several transducers with different ratios on the test accuracy of flowmeter is analyzed.Acoustic impedance is an important parameter of ultrasonic flowmeter.According to the change of this parameter,the acoustic characteristics of matching layer are analyzed,and its frequency and waveform are studied.
