基于天地一体化信息网络构建全球覆盖的安全高效实时宽带数据传输网络,在民事应用、国家安全、灾害预警等领域具有重要价值。分析了天地一体化信息网络的组成与主要特点,明确了信关站的主要需求,设计了信关站方案,梳理了其典型工作流程和关键技术,以此为天地一体化信息网络信关站的研制和建设提供借鉴与参考。

It is of great value in civil application,national security,disaster early warning and other fields to build a safe,efficient and real-time broadband data transmission network with global coverage based on the integrated information network of heaven and earth.This paper analyzes the composition and main features of the information network integrating heaven and earth,defines the main requirements of the gateway station,designs the gateway station scheme,and combs its typical workflow and key technologies,so as to provide reference for the development and construction of the gateway station integrating heaven and earth.
