粤港澳大湾区产业协作高质量发展路径研究

Study on High-quality Development Path of Industrial Collaboration in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

研究发现,粤港澳大湾区在经济实力、产业集群、科技创新和要素流通等方面已取得明显成效,前海、横琴和南沙三大合作平台产业发展特色鲜明及成效突显,但大湾区在产业基础、科技创新机制、金融与法律、贸易和投资、体制机制系等方面还存在突出问题,严重地制约着大湾区产业协作高质量发展。因此,针对现状与问题,从产业协作机制、行业规则衔接、科技创新合作、项目与企业培育、产业支撑服务体系建设等方面提出可行性的建议对策。

The study found that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has achieved significant results in terms of economic strength,industrial clusters,technological innovation,and factor circulation.The three major cooperation platforms of Qianhai,Hengqin,and Nansha have distinctive industrial development characteristics and outstanding results.However,there are still outstanding problems in the Greater Bay Area in terms of industrial foundation,scientific and technological innovation mechanisms,finance and law,trade and investment,and institutional mechanisms,which seriously constrain the high-quality development of industrial cooperation in the Greater Bay Area.Therefore,in response to the current situation and problems,feasible suggestions and countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of industrial cooperation mechanism,industry rule connection,scientific and technological innovation cooperation,project and enterprise cultivation,and industrial support service system construction.
