摘要
液晶显示屏(LCD)是一种利用液晶的各项电光效应,把液晶对电场、磁场、光线和温度等分界条件的变化在一定条件下转换成为可视信号制成的显示器。同普通的电子产品相比,LCD非常考验过程制造能力。针对STN-LCD因导电点导通不良导致画面异常不良的原因进行了诊断分析,采用了调查确认和DOE试验测试两种方式对工序流程进行了疏理,将初步判断的16项可能导致失效的原因锁定为7项关键原因,并提出了针对性的解决措施,有效地提升了产品质量,对相关单位具有参考价值。
LCD is a kind of display made by utilizing the various electro-optical effects of liquid crystals to convert the changes in boundary conditions such as electric field,magnetic field,light and temperature into visible signals under certain conditions.Compared with ordinary electronic products,LCD is a product that greatly tests the manufacturing capability of the process.The causes of abnormal images on STN-LCD LCD screens due to poor conductivity of conductive points are diagnosed and analyzed.The process is sorted out by investigation and confirmation and DOE test.The 16 reasons that may lead to failure are locked into 7 key reasons,and targeted solutions are put forward,which effectively improves product quality and provides reference value for relevant units.
