摘要
为了对低浓度有害化学品采取更科学合理的防护措施,针对GB/T 18664—2002«呼吸防护用品的选择、使用与维护»标准在使用过程中遇到的问题进行分析,发现对于GBZ 2.1—2019«工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分:化学有害因素»未规定职业接触限值且缺少IDLH浓度的化学品,以及低浓度有害化学品的呼吸防护,该标准相关规定有待进一步讨论。本文针对此类化学品如何科学合理采取个体防护措施进行探讨,引入化学品GHS健康危害分类原则,建立新的判断模式,促进工作场所化学品安全管理,为将来该标准修订提供参考。
In order to take more scientific and reasonable prevention measures to hazardous chemicals with low concentration,in this paper,the issues encountered in the using of the standard GB/T 18664—2002 were analyzed.it was found that the provisions related to the respiratory protection of chemicals without occupa-tional exposure limit in GBZ 2.1—2019 and lacking of IDLH concentration,and hazardous chemicals with low concentration,needed to be further discussed.How to scientifically and reasonably take individual protec-tion measures was explored aiming at chemicals mentioned above.The GHS health hazard classification prin-ciple was introduced to establish a new judgment mode and promote the chemical safety management in the workplace,so as to provide the reference for the future standard revision.
