一种锭子新型组合结构的设计

摘要 为提高锭子制造效率、降低安装维护工时、改善润滑,介绍环锭细纱机用锭子的制造工艺特点,分析其安装及使用过程中存在的优缺点,提出将单一锭座改为锭座组的设计思路,并阐述新型组合结构具有的优势。指出:采用高强度中空铝型材设计锭座组,工装定位和夹紧方式简化,零件定位精度和加工效率提高,换刀换油工时减少;锭子新型组合结构导热率高、储油空间大、循环润滑,能有效缓解高速运转轴承发热问题,提升锭子旋转速度和平稳性。 In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency,reduce installation and maintenance time and improve lubrication of spindle,the manufacturing process characteristics of spindle used in ring spinning frame are introduced,its advantages and disadvantages during installation and use are analyzed,the design idea of changing single spindle pedestal into spindle pedestal group is put forward,and the advantages of the new combination structure are expounded.It is pointed out that spindle pedestal group made of high strength hollow aluminum profile can simplify the positioning and clamping of tooling,improve the positioning accuracy and processing efficiency of parts,and reduce the time of tool changing and oil changing;the new combination structure of spindle has high thermal conductivity,large oil storage space and circulating lubrication,which can effectively relieve the heating problem of bearings running at high speed and improve the rotation speed and stability of spindle.
