摘要
为了进一步促进纺织企业节能减排、转型升级,从使用光伏发电、LED高光效日光灯管、回收供汽设备蒸馏水及余热方面阐述应用绿色能源实现节能降耗方法,从整治“跑冒滴漏”以及实施作业标准化管理、数字化管理、绩效考核探讨企业精细管理、内部挖潜方法,从改造络丝机定长装置、淘汰落后设备、使用气动码标刻印机、铝三元残丝割丝机、自动穿综机、塑料综丝、超声波清洗机方面分析通过设备升级改造提高生产效率的途径。指出:企业应走低碳循环经济发展道路,应持续开展节能减排、绿色低碳生产,将节能高效与企业创新、产品升级相结合,促进产业结构调整。
In order to further promote energy saving and emission reduction,transformation and upgrading of textile enterprises,the application of green energy to achieve energy saving and emission reduction from the use of photovoltaic power generation and LED high light efficiency daylight lamp tube,recovery of steam supply equipment distilled water and waste heat are expounded,the fine management and internal tapping methods of enterprise from the regulation of“running,emitting,dripping and leakage”and the implementation of standardized management,digital management and performance appraisal are discussed,the ways to improve production efficiency through equipment upgrading and modification from the aspects of transforming the length fixing device of the winder,eliminating the backward equipment,using the pneumatic code marking machine,aluminum three-way residual wire cutting machine,automat ic heddle-in machine,plastic heald and ultrasonic cleaning machine are analyzed.It is pointed out that enterprises should develop the road of low-carbon circular economy,continue to carry out energy saving and emission reduction,green and low-carbon production,and combine energy conservation and high efficiency with enterprise innovation and product upgrading to promote industrial structure adjustment.
