上海轨道交通1号线莲花路站通过车站-商业一体化开发进行地铁运营安全和服务水平提升,形成了集公共交通换乘与商业、办公为一体的综合建筑功能体。该项目用地狭长,施工作业面紧凑,且紧邻地铁和城际铁路轨行区域,为尽可能地减少对车站运营和远期规划线路的影响,设计中采取了合理的结构体系、构件布置和技术措施,并统筹了运营、维保、施工的不同需求,在保证既有和新建结构安全可靠的同时,实现了建筑功能的全面升级。这为类似改造项目提供参考与借鉴.
The Lianhua Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 has become a building complex integrating public transport interchange and commercial offices through station-commercial integration development.It has improved the rail transit operation safety and service level.As the project site is long and narrow and is close to the track areas of rail transit lines and intercity railway,to minimize the impact on the station operation and long-term planning lines,the design adopts a reasonable structural system,component arrangement,and technical measures,and meets the diferent needs of operation,maintenance,and construction,which ensures the safety and reliability of the existing and new structures while achieving a comprehensive upgrade of the building functions.The design provides a reference for similar renovation projects.
