摘要
地下连续墙在地下工程围护结构施工中应用十分广泛,在富水地区常作为地铁车站的围护结构。基于无锡轨道交通3号线高浪东路站的实际工况,通过分析研究,提出优化护壁泥浆性能指标、加强施工过程中泥浆质量控制、有针对性的施工过程质量控制等措施。实践表明:综合采取上述措施后,能够有效降低砂性土层中地下连续墙的施工难度,提高地下连续墙施工质量。
Diaphragm walls are widely used in the construction of retaining structures of underground engineering,and are often used as the retaining structure of underground rail transit stations in water-rich areas.Based on the actual working condition of East Gaolang Road Station of Wuxi Rail Transit Line 3,through analysis and research,measures such as optimizing the performance index of retaining wall slurry,strengthening the quality control of slurry during construction,and targeted quality control of construction process were proposed.Engineering practice showed that the comprehensive adoption of the above measures could effectively reduce the difficulty of diaphragm wall construction in sandy soil and improve the quality of diaphragm wall construction.
