制造业与服务业数字化改造的不同模式

Different Models of Digital Transformation of Manufacturing and Service Industries

基于数字化改造的基础框架,本文将产业数字化改造分为IT架构升级、数据驱动、平台化和平台依附四类模式。制造业与服务业数字化改造的不同模式主要表现在:从IT架构升级看,制造业需要逐步建立数字化架构体系,而服务业应顺应数字化趋势,快速推进数字化架构体系升级;从数据驱动看,制造业需要生产端和消费端数据协同驱动,而服务业主要是消费端数据驱动;从平台化看,制造业主要需要打造工业互联网平台,而服务业主要需要打造消费端互联网平台;从平台依附看,制造业主要是依附生产性互联网平台,而服务业主要是依附消费互联网平台。同时,政府对两类产业数字化改造应采取不同的政策予以扶持。

Based on conditions and characteristics of digital transformation,this article divides digital transformation into four types of models:IT architecture upgrading,data-driven model,platformization,and platform dependency.The different models of digital transformation between manufacturing and service industries are mainly manifested in the following aspects.From the perspective of IT architecture upgrading,the manufacturing industry needs to establish a digital architecture system,while the service industry should follow the trend of digitization and quickly promote the upgrading of digital architecture system.From a data-driven perspective,the manu-facturing industry needs to be driven by both production and consumer data,while the service in-dustry is mainly driven by consumer data.From the perspective of platformization,the manufac-turing industry is mainly to build an Industrial Internet platform,while the service industry is mainly to build a consumer Internet platform.From the perspective of platform dependence,the manufacturing industry mainly relies on productive Internet platforms,while the service industry mainly relies on consumer Internet platforms.In addition,the government should adopt different policies to support the digital transformation of both manufacturing and service industries.
