人是社会组织主体,又是组织发展的目标,只有实现人的发展,才能有效推动社会组织化的进步。伴随资本垄断和经济全球化的加深,组织化发展在资本主义国家出现了不同程度的解体。当代资本主义组织化表现出金钱逻辑的凸显、物化逻辑的扩张、增殖逻辑的膨胀,暴露出其内在资本关系与生产力发展之间、资本总公式同人的需要之间、资本逐利和人的全面发展之间的矛盾。这表明,西方资本逻辑宰制下的有限组织化再难引领人类社会组织化的新实践,要实现社会组织化的新发展,就必须超越资本逻辑。新时代以来,中国发展取得的历史性、世界性成就,得益于中国特色社会主义组织化在理论与实践中不断展现出的变革性、人民性和使命性特质。这种特质同人类社会组织化发展原则相适应,带来社会生产力的解放、人民美好生活需要的满足和人类文明新形态的诞生,为扬弃和超越组织化资本逻辑提供了中国方案。

People are the subject of social organization and the goal of organizational development,and only by achieving human development can we effectively promote the progress of social organization.Along with the deepening of capital monopoly and economic globalization,organized development has been disintegrated in capitalist countries to different degrees.Contemporary capitalist organization shows the prominence of the logic of money,the expansion of the logic of materialization,and the expansion of the logic of multiplication,exposing the contradiction between its intrinsic capital relations and the development of productive forces,between the total formula of capital and the needs of human beings,and between capital's profit-seeking and the comprehensive development of human beings.This shows that the limited organization under the domination of Western capital logic can no longer lead the new practice of human social organization,and to achieve new development of social organization,it is necessary to transcend capital logic.The historical and worldwide achievements of China's development since the new era are due to the transformative,people-oriented and mission-oriented qualities that socialist organization with Chinese characteristics has continuously demonstrated in theory and practice,which are compatible with the principles of human social organization and development,bringing about the liberation of social productive forces,the satisfaction of people's needs for a better life and the birth of a new form of human civilization,and providing a Chinese approach to abandoning and transcending the logic of organized capital.
