基于“脾藏意”理论探讨甘麦大枣汤在功能性消化不良中的应用

功能性消化不良是一类未能用器质性病变解释的胃肠疾病,现有研究认为脑-肠轴功能失调与精神心理因素是其发病的重要影响因素。甘麦大枣汤源自《金匮要略》,具有益气养心、安神调脾的功效,可用于治疗五脏功能失调所致的情志病。“脾藏意”理论出自《素问·宣明五气》,“意”是五志之一,属于精神活动的一种,包括记忆、思维、情绪等。文章基于“脾藏意”理论探讨甘麦大枣汤与功能性消化不良的关系,为临床治疗功能性消化不良提供理论参考。

Functional dyspepsia is a gastrointestinal disease that cannot be explained by organic diseases.Existing study results indicate that,perhaps,brain–gut axis dysfunction and psychological factors are important contributors to its onset.Ganmai Dazao decoction is derived from the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.It has the effects of supplementing qi,nourishing the heart,calming the nerves,and regulating the spleen.It can also be used to treat emotional diseases caused by dysfunction of the five internal organs.The theory of"spleen conceals meaning"is derived from"Su Wen Xuanming Five Qi.""Meaning"is one of the five ambitions of spiritual activities,including memory,thinking,emotion,etc.This paper discusses the relationship between Ganmai Dazao decoction and functional dyspepsia based on the theory of"spleen storing meaning"and provides a theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia.
