将思政之“盐”融入专业课程——以浙江商业职业技术学院“浙江名菜制作与创新”课程为例

摘要 将思政课程与专业课程相融合,实行课程思政是职业院校培育优秀技能型人才的重要手段。“浙江名菜制作与创新”作为烹饪专业核心课程,在教学过程中,根据课程思政的教育理念,思考如何挖掘合适的思政元素,如何把思政元素自然而然融入其中,从而真正发挥“盐”在菜肴中的作用。本文将菜肴的历史文化和育人价值作为专业课程的思政元素,秉承“厨艺立身,厨德立人”的育人理念,结合专业实际,打造了该专业课程思政的系列品牌,旨在将思政元素融入教学全过程体现立德树人,将工匠精神融入教学全过程体现爱岗敬业,将智慧职教融入教学过程提升教学质量,从而让学生增强文化自信、感受家国情怀、坚守餐饮底线、凸显创新意识、树立工匠精神,培养高素质的技能人才。 Integrating the ideological and politics course with the professional course and practicing ideological and politics in the course is an important means for vocational colleges to cultivate excellent skilled talents.As a core course of culinary specialty,“Zhejiang Famous Dishes Production and Innovation”,in the process of teaching,according to the educational concept of course ideology,we think about how to excavate suitable ideological elements and how to naturally integrate ideological elements into it,so as to really play the role of“salt”in the dishes.The role of“salt”in cuisine.concept of course ideology,we think about how to excavate suitable ideological elements and how to naturally integrate ideological elements into it,so as to really play the role of“salt”in the dishes.
