摘要
本研究以利用紫菜多糖为唯一碳源,并加入10 g/L的乙醇的选择培养基初筛出3株具有较强发酵能力的菌株,编号T1、J1、J2;进一步摇瓶发酵复筛,筛选乙醇产量最高的菌株是J1,其乙醇产量达到49.9 g/L。通过对J1进行个体形态、菌落特征、生理生化及分子测序鉴定,判定菌株J1为酿酒酵母菌株(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)J1。
In this study,three strains with strong fermentation capacity were initially screened by using porphyra polysaccharide as the only carbon source and adding 10 g/L ethanol in the selected medium,numbered T1,J1 and J2.The strain with the highest ethanol yield was J1,and its ethanol yield reached 49.9 g/L.Strain J1 was identified as Saccharomyces cerevisiae J1 by individual morphology,colony characteristics,physiology,biochemistry and molecular sequencing.
