摘要
本研究首先简述了食品及食品生产质量监管的主要内容;其次指出了食品生产质量监管中存在的问题,主要包括管控体系、机构分工、工作效率、生产标准等;再次主要指出了食品生产质量监管的路径建设;最后做了简要总结。
In this paper,the main contents of food and food production quality supervision;were stated second,the problems in food production quality supervision,including control system,institutional division,work efficiency,production standards,etc.,were pointed out;the path construction of food production quality supervision;were also pointed out finally,a brief summary is made.
