摘要
食品安全问题一直是社会各界关注的热点问题,通过应用食品微生物检测技术,可加强食品安全管控效果,因此必须加大食品微生物检测质量控制管理力度,保障食品微生物检测技术应用效果。本文分析了食品微生物检测方法,提出了食品微生物检测质量控制管理措施,希望进一步提高食品微生物检测水平。
Food safety has always been a hot issue of concern to all walks of life,through the application of food microbiology testing technology,can strengthen the effect of food safety control,so it is necessary to increase the quality control management of food microbiology testing,to protect the effect of the application of food microbiology testing technology.This paper analyzes the food microbiology testing methods,puts forward the food microbiology testing quality control management measures,hoping to further improve the level of food microbiology testing.
