摘要
随着电子商务的快速发展,越来越多人选择在电商平台上购买食品,电商平台食品安全问题成为社会热点话题之一。本文从平台、监管部门、消费者等角度出发,从防范、监管、完善机制等方面提出了多种解决电商平台食品安全问题的措施,以期为消费者提供更安全、可靠、优质的食品产品。
With the rapid development of e-commerce,more and more people choose to buy food on e-commerce platform,e-commerce platform food safety has become one of the social hot topics.From the perspectives of platforms,regulatory authorities and consumers,as well as from the aspects of prevention,supervision and improvement of mechanisms,this paper puts forward a variety of measures to solve the problem of food safety on e-commerce platforms,in order to provide consumers with safer,reliable and high-quality food products by combining various measures.
