摘要
为充分发挥离子色谱技术在食品安全监管中的重要作用,本文通过查阅大量文献资料并结合实践的方法对离子色谱技术及其原理进行阐述,总结了离子色谱技术的主要分类。利用离子色谱技术可大大缩短食品检验周期,提升食品安全检验检测机构的检测能力和水平,为食品安全保驾护航。
In order to fully leverage the important role of ion chromatography technology in food safety supervision,this article elaborates on ion chromatography technology and its principles through extensive literature review and practical methods,and summarizes the main categories of ion chromatography technology.The use of ion chromatography technology can greatly shorten the food inspection cycle,enhance the detection capacity and level of food safety inspection and testing organizations,to protect food safety.
