摘要
食品添加剂可以延长食品的保质期限、提升食品口感,在当前的食品加工过程中,处处可见食品添加剂。不管是增强食品的色泽效果,还是增强食品的营养价值,均离不开添加剂。另外,在食品加工过程中,有超量使用添加剂的现象,使食品的安全性被弱化,让人们的身体健康受到伤害。对此,本文简要分析了食品加工中对添加剂的使用与应对办法,旨在为食品产业的健康发展提供参考建议。
Food additives can extend the shelf life of food and improve the taste of food.Food additives can be seen everywhere in the current Food processing.Whether it is enhancing the color effect of food or enhancing its nutritional value,additives are indispensable.In addition,there have been instances of excessive use of additives in food processing,which weakens the safety of food and harms people's physical health.In this regard,this article briefly analyzes the use and response methods of additives in food processing,in order to provide corresponding suggestions for the healthy development of the food industry.
