水产生物胶原的研究现状及开发前景

摘要 胶原蛋白作为动物组织的主要成分,是体内含量最为丰富的高分子蛋白。因其本身具有优良的生物相容性、降解性和低免疫原性等特点,已广泛应用于生物制药、食品化工、医学保健、美容以及医疗与护理等诸多领域。高营养、高品质胶原蛋白主要来源于水产生物,多项研究表明,水产胶原蛋白已经显示出多种有益于机体健康的特殊生物活性,在生物医药行业的研究中有着更广阔深入的应用前景。 As the main component of animal tissues,collagen is the most abundant macromolecular protein in the body.Because of its excellent biocompatibility,degradability and low immunogenicity,it has been widely used in many fields such as biopharmaceutical,food chemical,medical health care,cosmetology and medical care and nursing.Aquatic life is an important source of collagen with high nutrition and high quality.A number of studies have shown that these aquatic collagen have shown a variety of special biological activities that are beneficial to the health of the body,and has a broader and deeper application prospect in the research of biomedicine industry.
