摘要
有机磷类和氨基甲酸酯类的农药具有杀虫的广谱性、高效性以及残留期相对较短的特点。在现阶段,我国这两类杀虫剂的产量比例占据了70%以上,但是,这两种农药对人畜会产生较为严重的毒害。因此,需要对食品当中的农药残留进行分析。本文主要借助高效液相色谱法对此进行分析和研究。
Organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides have the characteristics of broad-spectrum insecticides,high efficiency,and relatively short residue periods in application.At this stage,the production proportion of these two types of pesticides in China accounts for over 70%,but these two types of pesticides can cause relatively serious toxicity to humans and livestock.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze pesticide residues in food.In this article,we mainly rely on high-performance liquid chromatography to analyze and study them.
