气相色谱法检测粮食中4种有机磷农药残留量

Determination of 4 Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Grain by Gas Chromatography

本文采用气相色谱法,对粮食中乙酰甲胺磷、马拉硫磷、敌敌畏和乐果4种有机磷农药残留量进行了检测。以小麦作为样品,建立4种有机磷农药的检测方法,采用二氯甲烷对试液进行提取,采用HP-35色谱柱对其进行了检测。实验结果表明,4种有机磷农药不同水平下的回收率为74.1%~107.4%,相对标准偏差范围为2.87%~4.84%,这说明采用该方法对粮食中的4种有机磷农药残留量进行检测,具有操作流程简单、精准度高以及适用范围广的优点。

In this paper,four organophosphorus pesticide residues,namely,acephate,malathion,dichlorvos and loxapro,were detected in grain by gas chromatography.Four kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were detected by using wheat as samples.Dichloromethane was used to extract the test solution and HP-35 column was used to detect it.The results showed that the recoveries of four organophosphorus pesticides at different levels ranged from 74.1%to 107.4%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 2.87%to 4.84%,indicating that this method has the advantages of simple operation process,high precision and wide application range for the detection of four organophosphorus pesticide residues in grain.
