摘要
完善食品卫生监测体系是推动食品安全监管工作的强大推动力,可以进一步发挥出食品安全监管的重要作用。但目前食品卫生监测体系仍然存在管理体系不完善、信息技术应用不到位与公众参与度低的问题,通过加强部门管理体系合作、充分发挥信息技术作用、提高公众的监测参与度等方案,完善在食品安全监管中建立食品卫生监测体系的策略,构建出一个完整、立体、多维的食品卫生监测体系,确保食品安全监管工作的顺利开展。
Improving the food hygiene monitoring system is a powerful driving force to promote food safety supervision,which can further play an important role in food safety supervision.However,the current food hygiene monitoring system still has the problems of imperfect management system,poor application of information technology and low public participation.By strengthening the cooperation of departmental management system,giving full play to the role of information technology and improving public participation in monitoring,we will improve the strategy of establishing a food hygiene monitoring system in food safety supervision and build a complete,three-dimensional and multi-dimensional food hygiene monitoring system to ensure food safety supervision is carried out smoothly and promotes the rapid development of the food safetyfield in China.
