摘要
在新零售背景下,本文对传统非遗食品企业进行市场SWOT分析以及企业运营问题分析,提出全渠道运营的实施方案和策略,包括加强线上多渠道传播营销、开展线下体验活动、加强供应链管理布局,以启发新零售供应链管理新商业模式建设思路。
Under the background of new retail,this paper analyzes the market SWOT and business operation problems of traditional intangible cultural heritage food enterprises.Put forward the implementation plan and strategy of many channels operation it includes strengthening online multi-channel communication and marketing,carrying out offline experience activities and strengthening supply chain management layout,enlighten the idea of building a new business model of retail supply chain management.
