摘要 随着数字技术的迅速发展,生鲜食品供应链中的质量保证机制得以不断完善,因此本文以食行生鲜为研究对象,探讨数字技术对生鲜食品供应链中的质量保证的影响机制以及数字技术在生鲜食品供应链中的应用现状,阐述了数字技术在食行生鲜的生鲜食品供应链管理中的应用情况及效果,分析了数字技术在生鲜食品供应链中的问题,并提出相关改善建议。 With the rapid development of digital technology,the quality assurance mechanism in the fresh food supply chain has been continuously improved.Therefore,this paper takes food and fresh food as the research object to discuss the impact of digital technology on the quality assurance mechanism in the fresh food supply chain and the application status of digital technology in the fresh food supply chain.The application situation and effect of digital technology in fresh food supply chain management are expounded,the problems of digital technology in fresh food supply chain are analyzed,and relevant suggestions for improvement are put forward.
