太湖流域芡实中重金属含量测定及安全性评价

摘要 芡实是太湖流域“水八仙”之一,也是药食同源物质。太湖流域属于长三角经济发达地区,区域内工农业生产生活带来较多的重金属污染。本研究对太湖流域城市所售12批次芡实采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行Pb、Cr、Cd、Cu、Hg 5种重金属含量测定及安全评价。参照《中华人民共和国药典(2020年版)》中部分药材重金属含量限值要求,12批次芡实样品中,采自无锡的3批样品中有1批样品Cr超标,采自湖州的3批样品中有1批样品Hg超标,应与当地工业生活影响芡实生长环境有关。部分重金属超标对芡实食用安全性造成一定影响,应引起注意。 Semen euryales is one of the“Eight Immortals of water”in Taihu Lake basin,and it is also a homologous substance of medicine and food.The Taihu Lake basin belongs to the economically developed area of the Yangtze River Delta,and the industrial and agricultural production and life in the region bring more heavy metal pollution.In this study,the contents of Pb,Cr,Cd,Cu and Hg 5 heavy metals were determined and safety evaluated by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry of 12 batches of semen euryales sold in the cities of Taihu Lake basin.According to the limit of heavy metal content of some medicinal materials in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020 edition),among the 12 batches of semen euryales samples,1 of the 3 batches of samples from Wuxi exceeded the Cr standard,and 1 of the 3 batches of samples from Huzhou exceeded the Hg standard,which should be related to the local industrial life affecting the growth environment of semen euryales.Some heavy metals exceed the standard and have a certain impact on the edible safety of semen euryales,which should be paid attention to.
