摘要
依据《食品安全国家标准婴幼儿食品和乳品中维生素C的测定》(GB 5413.18—2013),采用荧光法测定婴幼儿食品和乳品中维生素C的含量。通过单因素实验研究样品的储存条件、酸性活性炭的质量、标准溶液氧化液与硼酸的反应程度、样品氧化液与硼酸的反应程度和荧光反应时间等对维生素C测定结果的影响,进一步提高分析结果的准确性,满足实验室对质量控制的要求。
According to GB 5413.18—2013,fluorescence method is used to determine the content of vitamin C in food and dairy products for infants and young children.Through single factor experiments,the effects of sample storage conditions,quality of acidic activated carbon,reaction degree between standard solution oxidation solution and boric acid,reaction degree between sample oxidation solution and boric acid,fluorescence reaction time,and other factors on the determination of vitamin C were studied to improve the accuracy of analysis results and meet the laboratory’s requirements for quality control.
