摘要
目的:分析某医学院口腔医学专业学生对食品营养标签及标注信息重要性的认知度。方法:2022年2—10月,采用分层抽样方法对长沙市内某医学院口腔医学专业270名在校生进行调查研究,分析学生对食品营养标签及标注信息重要性的认知构成差异。结果:3个年级(大一、大二、大三)学生比较,其食品营养标签认知评分的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。3个年级学生对食品营养标签标注3项信息(健康声明、营养成分、营养声称)重要性的认定程度有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论:口腔医学专业高年级的学生食品营养标签认知评分相对更高,不同年级学生对食品营养标签标注信息重要性的评定有明显差别。
Objective:To analyze the perceived importance of food nutrition labeling and labeling information among stomatology students at a medical school.Method:From February to October 2022,a stratified sampling method was used to conduct a survey study of 270 students enrolled in a medical school of stomatology within Changsha to analyze the differences in the composition of students’perceptions of the importance of food nutrition labels and labeling information.Result:There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the perceived importance of food nutrition labeling scores when comparing students in three grades(freshman,sophomore,and junior),and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the degree to which students in the three grades determined the importance of three pieces of information(health claims,nutrient content,and nutrition claims)on food nutrition labeling.Conclusion:Students in the upper grades of stomatology had relatively higher food nutrition labeling cognitive scores,and there were significant differences in the ratings of importance of food nutrition labeling information among students in different grades.
