本文探讨了高效液相色谱仪在食品成分分析、食品添加剂分析、食品残留物分析以及食品中毒素检测等方面的应用,总结了其在食品分析领域的优势和局限性,并提出了未来发展的方向。
This paper discusses the applications of HPLC in food composition analysis,food additive analysis,food residue analysis and toxin detection in food,summarizes its advantages and limitations in the field of food analysis,and proposes the direction of future development.
