食品接触材料中污染物迁移量检测方法标准进展研究

Study on the Standard Development of Contaminant Migration Determination in Food Contact Materials

科学、有效的检验方法是研究食品接触材料中污染物迁移行为的技术基础。我国目前已发布实施了40余项相关迁移量检验方法的食品安全国家标准,以健全食品安全包装材料安全管理,本文从已实施标准的基本情况、前处理技术以及仪器方法的选择等方面入手,介绍了目前检验方法的食品安全国家标准现状,讨论了不同的前处理技术、仪器方法及定量方法的差异,为食品包装材料及制品中污染物迁移量的检测和监管提供技术支撑。

Scientific and effective determination method is the technical basis of the study of migration behavior for food contact material.In order to improve the safety management of food safety packaging materials,China has issued and implemented over 40 relevant methods of food safety national standards on determination of migration content.This paper introduced the current inspection methods of food safety national standards from the basic situation of the implementation of standards,pretreatment methods and the selection of instrument analysis.The differences of pretreatment techniques,instruments and quantitative methods for different targets were discussed,which can propose technical support for the detection and supervision of the migration of contaminant in food contact materials and products.
