摘要 食品添加剂的使用有效推动了现代食品工业的发展,但部分加工企业对食品添加剂的不合理使用也加重了当代的食品安全问题,给人们的身体健康带来威胁。基于此,加强对食品添加剂的检测以及添加剂的规范使用是当前保障食品安全的重要措施。离子色谱法是一种简单、高效的检测方法,并且随着技术逐渐成熟,近年来广泛应用于多个行业领域中。将离子色谱法用于食品添加剂检测,能够获得良好的检测效果,且样品处理流程简单,具有敏锐、高效、便捷、污染小等优势。本文对离子色谱法在常见食品添加剂检测中的应用进行研究,以期为相关检测工作提供一定的参考。 The use of food additives has effectively promoted the development of the modern food industry,but the unreasonable use of food additives by some processing enterprises has also exacerbated contemporary food safety issues,posing a threat to people’s health.Strengthening.Based on this,strengthening the detection of food additives and regulating the use of additives are important measures to ensure food safety at present.Ion chromatography is a simple and efficient detection method,and with the gradual maturity of technology,it has been widely applied in multiple industry fields in recent years.The application of ion chromatography in the detection of food additives can achieve good detection results,and its sample processing process is simple,with advantages such as sensitivity,efficiency,convenience,and low pollution.This article studies the application of ion chromatography in the detection of common food additives,in order to provide some reference for related detection work.
